I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Several pieces of my furniture were damaged during the move, including broken items, scratches, and even damage to my flooring. The blankets they used left behind a strong, unpleasant mold-like smell, which was another major concern. The crew’s professionalism was also lacking. The lead mover was rude and, from what I later learned, didn’t even work a full hour, something I only discovered after another crew member asked if I was being charged hourly. NJ to MO. 5 days total that included packing (1 day), loading (1 day), travel (2 days), delivery including reassembly of furniture(1 day). Great job L&J! Unpacking, arranging, rearranging, rearranging again and again. Estimated time 6 months. Too bad the movers don't include this service.
Very professional, price was right, move went well without any problems, hard working guys who were concerned about my property. Tracy and Phil in the office were very communicative. Thank you!
Our driver, Tray, truly stood out— he was fantastic, punctual, respectful, and organized, guiding his team with patience and a great attitude, all while understanding the challenges that come with interstate moving. The crew was polite and dedicated, ensuring that all our boxes and furniture were positioned exactly where we wanted them. We can confidently say this was our best experience to date. We wholeheartedly recommend them!"
These guys were great. They were on time, worked quickly and acted like professionals. They took great care with our belongings. And I'm amazed at how much they crammed (safely) into that truck. I highly recommend.
