My experience with this moving company was terrible. I have used them in the past and they were great and my parents just used them and they were also great. But my experience was very unprofessional and upsetting and there was no resolution to it. I gave them one star because my furniture is in my home. I booked a month prior and was given a morning estimate the day before the estimate was changed to 12 noon. Way beyond my expectations. Everything was moved perfectly and right on schedule. No marks on any furniture and no marks on any walls or floors of either properties.
They were perfect and made my move as easy as a move can be
The two guys who moved us were so polite and professional. It snowed that morning, and they still showed up promptly after a 3-hour drive. They treated each item with care, wrapping larger items in blankets, which they provided. I can't recommend this company enough.
Great packers who were very helpful and friendly. Regular communication with us to keep us updated.
