This company and Elaine is horrible. Not only are they completely non responsive, they are rude. I applied for an apartment and I NEVER once even received a status of my application. I called Elaine to follow up and she answered the phone “What do you want”? She did the same with my agent. The receptionist was just as rude. I would never recommend using this company for any real estate needs.
