Terrible atención de una señora en Houston Katy , la forma que trata a los clientes ,solo por preguntarle por segunda vea algo que no me quedó claro sobre el servicio ,me regaño diciendo que ya había explicado y como un tono de voz sarcástico ,la empresa tiene buenas refencias en cuanto a la logística pero la atención al cliente falla .la señora me dijo así : "le acabo de explicar y le vuelvo a explicar a ver si está ves me entiende "que falta de respeto y tengo otro amigo que le pasó esto .

We went to drop a shipment from Woodlands to Katy and arrived at 10:00 am, the opening time. The reception person arrived at 10:30 and once she opened the store and started to receive the packages from the customers. As we were around 30 minutes outside waiting in a cold temperature, I needed to use the restroom but when I asked for it, she told me that they don’t borrow the restroom to men. It’s a pity that they have gender segregation, knowing that we had to wait for her to open the store for more than 30 minutes.
