We went to drop a shipment from Woodlands to Katy and arrived at 10:00 am, the opening time. The reception person arrived at 10:30 and once she opened the store and started to receive the packages from the customers. As we were around 30 minutes outside waiting in a cold temperature, I needed to use the restroom but when I asked for it, she told me that they don’t borrow the restroom to men. It’s a pity that they have gender segregation, knowing that we had to wait for her to open the store for more than 30 minutes.

Mandé un paquete a Colombia , se tardaron 2 meses para darme respuesta tenía que andar llamando enviando mensajes, luego me responden que si envié marítimo o aéreo que les diera mi código se los di me dicen que si el envío iba para una mujer o un hombre cuando yo fui personalmente a la oficina y di los datos correctos de la persona que iba a recibir era un señor datos tlfno número de cédula , y vienen y me dicen que el que entregó se lo entrego a una mujer colombiana que ni sé quién es , esto es un error súper grande en fin ... read more
