I had the most amazing pregnancy and post natal massages from Lizzie, at Solace in Port Elliot! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in her awesome little studio. Liz managed to relieve so much tension and pain i had been carrying from the pregnancy. She has a beautiful holistic approach to her therapies and is just a lovely soul to be around! I highly recommend Solace Massage and Yoga. You won't be disappointed. Such a beautiful find. I'll def be back!
