I Highly recommend Lizzie, very professional and friendly.
Lizzie has been such a find at Victor. She has been a great support in helping my on going problems in neck and shoulder area. So much so that now it is manageable and life is much better. At the risk of her becoming too popular.... I thoroughly recommend her. Thanks Lizzie.
Lizzie has a great ability to translate and understand your discomforts and provide the therapy to match. I like that she treats every visit as unique and takes time to understand my discomforts each visit, rather than treating me the same each time.
Lizzie has really helped my shoulder and lower back issues, I am back at the gym because my muscles are much looser and my muscle recovery is much better after exercising and gardening etc. A few more weekly sessions then I will have a massage monthly to maintain my muscle comfort and also because I love massages. I highly recommend Lizzie.
