appointment was at 8:00am, front desk said the employee was “stuck in traffic” extremely unprofessional. Is currently 10am and still have not been seen. RIDICULOUS
I do not recommend going to this place because I did my taxes with her last year and She put false information saying that i had a company and now the IRS sent me a letter saying that I have to pay 3,600 so I went to her and she said that she didn’t put that . So please ready everything before you sign because I didn’t know she put false information!!!!!
Here is the corrected text: "I do not recommend this service. I had an appointment at 11:00am, but they called me around 4:00pm. When I asked to speak with them, they were busy. Why make an appointment if they do not attend to you? This shows a lack of respect for people's time."
