-10/10 Very disappointing experience. I waited over 3 hours and received no real help. They also charge $75 just for an estimate, which was not made clear upfront and did not provide any value. The office was extremely unprofessional and unsanitary there was a dog inside and dog feces on the floor. I would not recommend this business. Thank you for your response, but I feel the need to clarify my experience. The issue was not just the wait time it was the overall lack of professionalism. Waiting 3–4 hours, even during tax season, is unacceptable, especially when appointments are being scheduled. There were individuals, including me and my brother, who were there for hours without being properly attended to. Additionally, the condition of the office was concerning. "I had a terrible experience with this service. I arrived for a 1:00 pm appointment and waited 2 hours. When I asked to speak with someone, they were busy, and the staff said it would take over 3 hours to be seen. I drove 40 miles for a 5-hour wait – unacceptable! This is the third appointment, with two previous cancellations. It's disrespectful to schedule appointments and not honor them. Waste of my time and money. Strongly recommend not going to this place "
Provided a bunch of false information, they charged us a lot just for us to have issues with our taxes. I would even go as far as to call this fraud
