Our parent is renting at LIZ. New building, everything is high quality. The staff are kind and helpful. Edit (Oct-3-2024): New photo added. The new GM is excellent. We are seeing many good things happening.
I am a resident of the LIz since opening in October 2023 and I am responding to the non resident guest review re visitor parking and food service comments as well as the response from Liz management. As a former condo board member ( 20 years) security of residents should be the number one priority. Don't let the past reviews fool you - the new General Manager's approach to problems is to eliminate services. He has recently decided to eliminate guest parking because he can't figure out how his staff can best manage garage access. Having parked there as a guest many times in recent months I don't understand what the problems is, but he's found one. Naïve que je suis, j’espérais et aspirais à vivre tranquillement, dans un environnement serein, sécurisé, avec une unité de soins omniprésente, le tout chapeauté d’une administration digne de ce nom. Pas la mer à boire, n’est-ce pas ? Il s’est avéré que je rêvais en couleur.
