I bought one of your purses a month ago and yesterday the strap fell off. I contacted your company and your rep's response was "Sorry the strap broke. As we have no way of fixing the strap as we do not manufacture the bag in the U.S. Please get it repaired at a shoe repair shop." I could understand that response if I had bought the bag a year ago, but after 1 month? My review of your company now must be poor quality bags, bad customer service. Wish I could rate you better.
