I called 49th Estate Planning 8/4/25. My reason for calling was because I need help with my mom's estate in Ketchikan and also help with Medicaid application as my mom is still living and may need assisted living soon. I talked to the "paralegal" by phone 8/5/25 and was told that I cannot enforce my mom's will because she is still living. This is the most ridiculous and unprofessional thing I have ever heard.
