I am still using the tools she gave me a year later. She improved my health and well-being much more than any doctor I've seen. Now I know exactly which foods trigger my migraines and I lost weight effortlessly which wouldn't budge with any diet I tried because it was probably inflammation from eating foods that weren't right for me.

Totally recommend! It's crazy to think that food sensitivities can be the trigger for chronic migraines. She will get to the root of the problem to help you find true, long term relief!
