Just found out she did not let us know we had to sign a reaffirmation agreement with our mortgage company. We always have paid our mortgage and did not want it included in our filing. We were clear about this from our first meeting. When we called her paralegal informed us they no longer represented us. This could potentially keep us from buying a new home. Advice from me....call someone else!!!

i cannot see how this person can be president of a bar association like orlando a rather large city she never answered my phone call when one need a lawyer in desperation i called her office because the orlando bar association never answered the phone nor do they return the call so does liz mc causland calling herself an esquire no pride nor respect as a professional ? what is wrong with this association ? She's the best damn bankruptcy attorney in the whole wide world. She's sweet. She's got the calming voice of an angel. And she's really an Artist of Law. She painted a pretty picture by relieving me of my debt and finished my case with a chapter 7 so I could start chapter 8.
