Just had my first ever appointment/treatment with Liz today. Was feeling anxious about having any treatment but Liz made me feel so relaxed and calm the minute we met. Came out feeling loads better. Didn’t feel no pain at all while having it Looking forward to many more treatments to help me with my pain. Thank you so much Liz.

On first meeting Liz I felt instantly aware of her expertise and skill and felt reassured I'd found the right practitioner. Over the weeks of my treatment with her I can honestly say that the sessions feel like a holistic and incredibly valuable mind-body therapeutic experience. For anyone considering acupuncture, they would be in a safe pair of hands choosing Liz who is a professional, kind and caring practitioner with a superb listening ear. Liz assesses each session autonomously and will adapt treatment effectively and separately, if necessary, in what I can describe as a warm and relaxing environment. I usually leave feeling as though I am floating on air. As I am continuing with her treatment, I can highly recommend Liz to anyone who feels acupuncture will help.

I saw Liz once a week for a year for two separate issues and both problems improved markedly with her care. But - more importantly for me - I learned how to relax again. Having suffered with chronic back pain for a number of years I decided to try acupuncture. Thank goodness I found Liz. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything that she is doing, but also she is such a warm, kind lady who really cares. So far I have had three sessions with Liz and am definitely feeling the improvement in my pain levels. If you are nervous about trying acupuncture, don't be. I always leave feeling blissfully relaxed like I have spent an hour at a spa. I am keeping Liz on speed dial 😊
