Liz handled my mortgage refi which was quite complicated as we have a land and a house on connected properties. She was great to work with. Answered the phone on a major holiday and talked me down when it appeared it was all going to fall through. She said, " Don't worry. It will be fine." And it was!

We worked with Liz Ciardi to refinance our mortgage. This was our second time working with her - she got us the original mortgage in 2009. (As you may know, getting a mortgage after the 2008 crash was super complicated). She is amazing- patient, pleasant, and easy to work with. She made a complex process easy to understand and was readily available to answer questions. We were incredibly pleased with her work on both transactions and I can’t recommend her highly enough!
