I have very much enjoyed my physiotherapy sessions with Liz Bennet at Therapy Works at Newport. Liz really listens and tailors a wide range of Pilates, yoga, weights and other exercises to each person’s individual concerns and goals. Her kind and encouraging personality have also helped to make it a very positive and relaxing experience.
I had tried Pilates before with a Physio and it made my lower back pain worse. I was recommended to go to Liz for Pilates and it’s been amazing for me! It’s now been over a year without lower back pain.
Liz is very in-tuned and amazing to work with. She’s good at what she does and passionate about peoples health and wellness
Liz is a highly experienced Physio with great intuition and ability to diagnose and treat. Her Pilates and Yoga knowledge adds a layer of depth to her skills and advice.
