Barbara Livingstone has to be the worst person to deal with. When you first meet her she will be all nice to you; offering you a coffee and then saying she has this wonderful deal but it's only good for that appointment, once you leave it is no longer available. RED FLAG. My husband and I have dealt with her for 3 years and is still dealing with her.
