Very unprofessional. Had me on hold for 15 minutes after transferring me to another rep and when I hung up and called back they said they have no one I can talk to and to try again in 30 minutes. I had one question "Can you handle I9 verification services?" and they said there is only one person who can answer that and they are too busy to talk. So yeah...I feel like it shouldnt be THAT for ANY employee in the building to say "yes we do" or "no we dont".
