We Hired This attorney to assist us with a Franchise issue. We gave a $5000 retainer. After two weeks ( most Of which, we were told ) he was out of out of town with his family. I wish I could give this law firm 0 stars! I hired Ed Livingston in my time of need, to help me protect my family business from Trademark Infringement... Mr Livingston took my money, and started my case. He was very slow to do anything ever, and almost never returns any messages. Mr Livingston filed the complaint for my lawsuit, but the court refused it, calling it a "shotgun filing", lacking necessary facts and details. Paid Ed Livingston $10,000 to represent me and he did not follow through with his word. Before I paid him in full, Ed Livingston said that $10,000 would get me to the negotiation table and it never happened because he left me high and dry in the middle of litigation! I have 3 witnesses to this fact, one of them an attorney! Clearly Ed Livingston lied to me and robbed me of $10,000! Very immoral and unethical!
