We discussed various hearing aids and I chose the Starkey over Phonak & Onion because it is waterproof and offered more options for internal adjustments for improved hearing. Today I picked up my new Starkey hearing aids and when I walked out, I heard more sounds than I had in years. Joann Pilcher, State licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, gave me more hearing tests than I had ever been given before. Staff was very very helpful - HA problem was corrected in one day-even tho I was out of this state they listened & were respectful
