We contacted Livingston in Avondale when my mother complained that her Phonak hearing aids were not working. We were surprised to get an appointment that same afternoon. Jim tested her hearing aids, got them working, and thoroughly cleaned the both the hearing aids and the charger. He examined Mom’s ears and removed wax from both ears with an impressive video probe that allowed him to target her wax buildup on a large monitor. Jim Carlson was a great help in getting my streaming devise to work on my TV. I could not get it to set up myself so Jim came out to my home to set it up. This type of customer service is rare and was greatly appreciated.
