Dr Katie Seever is a knowledgeable and patient Audiologist. She listens to your problems and gets my hearing aids fixed, at no cost to me, through the VA. We are truly fortunate to have Livingston Hearing Aid Center and Dr Seever in ANTHEM.
If I could give a 5+ plus I would! I am pretty critical most of the times, but this is one of the best facilities I’ve ever been in.
Dr. Seever has been absolutely wonderful. My 88-year-old dad struggled for years with outdated hearing aids, and she took the time to fit him with new hearing aids and custom ear molds that have made a tremendous difference. She was incredibly patient, kind, and respectful, carefully explaining everything in a way he could understand.
