Each time I visit the service is efficient and the expertise is top rate.
Made an appt for Thursday 9/18 two weeks in advance using the phone number from the visual advertising seen every morning. Was told to bring my wife to the appt also to aide in my hearing evaluation. When I arrived at the alma school office I was told the audiologist had left for the day and my appt had been made for the 15th rather than the 18th. In addition my name was not spelled correctly. The receptionist stated the main office often get the appointments sent to the local offices indicating the incorrect day/times. What... read more
