Richard and the staff are always very helpful.
"Buyer beware." I found dealing with them difficult and the product substandard. The clerical staff are pleasant but though Richard is a nice man his business behavior is lacking and rude. Phone calls were never returned. The devices were expensive and never worked well; without a viable system of communication they were worthless to me. I chose to absorb the loss and get better devices from a competitor. Right hearing aid has quit working.I have followed livigstn instructions for cleaning, but right hearing aid still doesn't work.
Excellent service and quality work. They don’t nickel and dime you, they just make it right.
