Excellent customer service…the audiologist and the lady at the front desk are both so kind and considerate….highly recommend this office for your hearing needs.
I feel that I was given a very through hearing exam. It was more than 5 or ten minutes like the other places I've visited. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. They did not pressure me into buying anything. Rebecca put new domes on my aids. It really helped alot. She also showed me a chart and explained my hearing loss.
