Had a facial today with Athena, she is absolutely wonderful! Very knowledgeable with all the products and made the overall experience great. Would definitely recommend to book with her!
I had a mixup ordering some of their amazing skincare products online and the level of customer service I received to ensure it was sorted from the amazing staff there was excellent. They truly went above and beyond. A+ customer service. I will definitely be booking a treatment the next time I am in the area.
After a scheduling delay that resulted in my appointment being canceled (as I couldn’t reschedule that day) the front desk manager graciously offered to reschedule my facial and offered it complimentary for the inconvenience. This offer was not expected and beyond appreciated. Had my appointment with Zahra today, who never disappoints. From the experience to customer service, I was thankful and impressed by the professionalism.
Great services and they have an amazing Dr. Heung who does all the facial injection including Dysport and Juvederm fillers. He will treat your face like a he's conducting a work of art; a masterpiece if you will..thanks for making this old broad look amazing for my birthday!! Susie
