My daughter was there, most staff were great! Melissa was rude and not helpful at all for the position she has! Definitely needs communication skills, to communicate with staff, families and residents After I’d left a message regarding a blister on my daughters toe on Wednesday just asking them to observe, she calls me at 9:30 on Saturday night, and goes on to boast about being in another state opening a new facility, she sounded intoxicated and was very unprofessional!!
