I took a client to meet with Faith, she was very helpful, kind and understanding of our needs.
I asked for an experienced OT to include my assistance dog in my NDIS plan but they sent me someone who had no experience in the area of applications for dogs. I was very unhappy with the result, ie a rejection of the application. I still had to pay full fees to Living to the Max.
