There was an emergency situation with the loungeroom air-con late one afternoon. James N came out the next morning and immediately resolved the issue. Aside from JN being meticulous with his workmanship, he is the same with cleaning up the job area afterwards. As a Person with Thermoregulatory Dysfunction, the need for a constant temp in the home (24/7) is absolutely essential. I had some issues with my new Air /con supplied by this company and I may say NOT their fault rather the manufacturer’s They did not abandon me and resolved the issue in the best and fairest way.
