Katie is an incredible shiatsu practitioner. She really listens, emotionally, physically, and beyond. A session never feels prescribed. She tailors each session to the present and the person, and consistently checks in throughout. Her touch is both confident and gentle, and I'd recommend her to anyone, whether you're dealing with an injury, chronic issue, or simply wanting to check in with your body. Her sessions often inspire a renewed love of stretching and movement in me.

Katie made a great difference after just one session in my ability to live and breath easily in my body that struggles with chronic pain. Katie was able not only to relieve the tension I was holding in my body but also was able to resolve inflammation that had been pressing on nerves and causing me numbness and shooting pain in my arm for weeks. Very grateful for the work Katie does!
