Living Spaces is no different from any other furniture store. It's all fun and games until there's a problem. Living spaces lacks in customer service AFTER the product is in your home. The managers carry the title "manager" but yet everyone hands are tied when their is a problem to fix. ....but yet we all knew that would happen.....
While searching for a dining set in the area, we noticed this furniture outlet and decided to check it out. To our surprise, this new outlet has a huge selection of furniture on display. The furniture is nice and available at reasonable prices. The staff was courteous and professional, clearly answering all our enquiries without being pushy. The only slight disappointment was the relatively long delivery date, as the set we chose was already sold out. Our shopping experience in this store is positive.
