Denise was very resourceful, personable, and kind. She helped us pick out furniture that matched our house and showed us all of the numerous color and fabric options. She also helped us find the exact style and comfort level we were wanting under our price range. Everyone was very helpful at the store, including the store manager, Mike.
Absolutely terrible service! Got an email stating the delivery date would be the 12th between 8 am and 6 pm. So I take a day off work. Day of I get no notification or heads up until I called to inquire where the delivery is only to be told it’ll take 24 to 48 hours to find that out… don’t email me saying it will be delivered when it won’t be! I’m out a vacation day with no answers or timeframe on when my couch will be delivered. I get mistakes happen but not notifying me at all, making me reach out to ask in beyond ridiculou... read more
