I went in for a preliminary test of mattresses, not intending to buy that night. Scarlet helped me the entire time and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel awkward or pressured for a single second and was able to talk to her like a normal human being! Ended up making a decision because of her help. She deserves a raise and probably some flowers or something.

Update: WHAT PART OF YOUR PHONE SYSTEM/DELIVERY SUCKS DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND? The experience with living spaces is not the experience I would ever provide my customers if I owned a furniture store. I purchased more than $8,000 in furniture, only to receive a dining room table that was broken, chairs that haven't been shipped, and a customer service line that links to a building to who knows where. Unfortunately have had several poor experiences with Living Spaces as follows: 1. Delivery team - you have to pay hundreds of dollars extra for delivery. That is fine, but the team clearly did not want to do their job. They arrived and, without even attempting delivery first, stated my couch wouldn't fit and that I had to reschedule and re-pay the $200+ fee. I asked them politely to try, which they did, and it easily fit and they only had to walk a few meters to get it into my apartment. 2. Warranty claim is a scam. My couch... read more
