I’ve bought a few furniture items from them and had a good experience with them. However, I recently purchased a few items under their “accessories” category for my home. No where on the product pages does it say that accessories are NOT covered in their one year warranty. Only on a different page. When I reached out with an issue about our rug that we had owned for about 2 weeks, they told us there was nothing they could do, as accessories are not covered. I honestly had one of the best shopping experiences I’ve ever had today and it’s entirely thanks to Michael R. and Ben! I came in thinking I knew exactly which sectional I wanted, but after leaving to measure it my new living room, I realized I needed to completely rethink the configuration and I returned to the store hours later. I bought my new sofa and ottoman here. The prices are great, employees are helpful and not overbearing. My items were delivered by two guys that were friendly and professional. Definitely buy your furniture here!
