Living Spaces is a beautiful store with a huge selection and plenty of furniture options. The employees did greet us when we walked in, but several of them were sitting around the front desk and seemed a little too relaxed. I understand they may use a low-pressure sales approach, which is nice when you want to browse without being followed, but the staff could have appeared more attentive and ready to help. Overall, the store itself was impressive, but the customer service experience could have been a little better.
10/10 would recommend. First off, Living Spaces is different form your typical furniture store. The employees do not work off commission, so everyone is genuinely there to help you with your furnishing needs. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and wanted to help! Friendly staff who are genuinely helpful and non pressure-sales. Excellent selection and great value for your money. We bought mattresses from Wyatt and Crisma assisted with beds and furniture. Update: strongly recommend people not buy any BedGear products.
I would rate this higher but as a mom looking for a good playground and then would be inclined to look at furniture I’m annoyed. Two years ago they implemented a “one parent policy” inside the playground with kids under 4 and I was so annoyed I literally haven’t been back or recommended this place since. I thought I’d give it another try and now they don’t allow parents AT ALL and no kids under 4.
