Wow. I'm impressed. My fire pit of a few years stopped working and needed a new ignition panel. I saw the 1-800 number on the side, but honestly didn't expect a great response. I called and Jayson said he would ship one to me, free of charge! I sent my address and within 2 days he sent me a notice that it was shipped. Great customer service from Living Source International!
Company is shady, please be warned. I received a product that doesn't work and can't get them to answer their phones.
AVOID DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!
I bought a fire pit. I was worried because it was so inexpensive, but I am very happy with the build quality. Also, I had to reach out to Living Source's support team to get a natural gas conversion kit. They were EXCELLENT to work with. Very responsive and friendly.
