Most helpful compared to Edmonton stores
Friendly helpful and overall positive experience
I went in with some concerns about my hearing. I have taken many hearing tests for entry into work sites but didn't realize they were quite basic. I went through a comprehensive hearing assessment that was explained well to me. I actually felt I was testing my hearing rather than just reacting to simple beeps. After the test, the results were explained to me clearly and I finally had a better idea of my hearing health. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, I definitely recommend.
Samantha at Reception is professional yet personable. Had an opening the next day and called me the same day to ask if I could attend tomorrow afternoon. Great Service Thank you
