Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Chase was very thorough at diagnosing and explaining my mother's hearing loss, and was able to find her an excellent solution that was still within her budget. We never felt pressured to make a purchase like we have at other clinics in the past. I would recommend Amplifon Lacombe to anyone who needs their hearing tested or is considering trying hearing aids!
I was visiting from out of town and they repaired my hearing aid for me and wouldn’t let me pay. If I lived in Lacombe, I would go here for hearing aids. So friendly and helpful!
Chase and Debbie are the friendliest people to deal with. They go above and beyond helpful service. They try to accommodate your budget and give good customer service. Will not go anywhere else for hearing aids for our family ( mom, husband and I). Try them and see if my review is correct. Angie D.
