Had hearing aids for years. Never used them. Too much background noise, ineffective, dead batteries etc. Got a new set, rechargable (big plus) but still not effective & still noisy. This is where things changed. I went back for my follow up apointment. The tech (kicking myself for notbremembering her name) listened to my concerns, improvised some tests & tuned my devices so i could hear the clock ticking on the wall, but wasn't jumping out of my chair when a paper was crumpled on the desk. A very pleasant experience at the Westlock amplifier. Linda was very professional. I will be referring anybody who needs hearing aids to go and see her.
