Friendly, professional and expert service. She answered all my questions. The hearing aids are working great and she adjusted them after a few weeks for greater comfort. The only thing needing improvement is hiring a receptionist so she doesn't have to keep the office door locked.
Had hearing aids for years. Never used them. Too much background noise, ineffective, dead batteries etc. Got a new set, rechargable (big plus) but still not effective & still noisy. This is where things changed. I went back for my follow up apointment. The tech (kicking myself for notbremembering her name) listened to my concerns, improvised some tests & tuned my devices so i could hear the clock ticking on the wall, but wasn't jumping out of my chair when a paper was crumpled on the desk.
