Excellent staff and service. Amanda was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Both Amanda and the receptionist were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you for wonderful customer service and the hearing test. :)
Amanda set me up with my first set of hearing aids. She was exceedingly patient and kind with helping me get the right fit with my smaller, atypical ears. I feel like I have good knowledge and well equipped to adapt to using my new devices.
Thanks to Amanda and the team at the Amplifon Clinic in Edmonton Riverbend for helping me. I never knew I could replace the rechargeable batteries in my older hearing aids. That was a great and affordable option. They were also able to tweak the settings to my latest hearing test results and that really helped. The difference has been incredible. It definitely bought me some additional time before I have to replace my hearing aids and not having to make a rushed decision. I'm definitely coming back. Thanks so much!
