I called 30 mins before they closed on a Friday, and they were nice enough to take me in instead of going home early. First class service right there.
I have been blessed with the tests and the setup of so much for me. Things change and the front desk person, Samantha, sets up the appointments but also is aware of a lot of how to set up purchases accurately. Amanda is the excellent Hearing Aid Practitioner that tests, pulls together the information and ensures that things are set up safely and so well.
Excellent environment and always a relaxing visit.
Excellent service and great treatment. If something is not right they rectify the situation very promptly. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming.
I got my hearing test done at Amplifon. I was a little nervous, but Amanda was so kind , patient, and professional. It was a pleasant experience!
