I never leave reviews but felt this one was definately needed. I Booked this appt over 1 month ago they cancelled my appt morning of said I needed to confirm 24 hours prior but this says nothing of this on the email we received. My Dad was already very hesitant to go and was on his way to appt and when I talked to them morning of they said the appt was given away and there was nothing they could do for him. Crapy customer service and rude reception. Waste of time.
Excellent staff and service. Amanda was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Both Amanda and the receptionist were very friendly and made me feel at ease. Thank you for wonderful customer service and the hearing test. :)
Amanda set me up with my first set of hearing aids. She was exceedingly patient and kind with helping me get the right fit with my smaller, atypical ears. I feel like I have good knowledge and well equipped to adapt to using my new devices.
