Had an appointment then I didn’t after they had confirmed that I want the west end office instead of the northeast. There was another lady there waiting for the door to open that was also told she didn’t have an appointment. Two (2)persons can’t be wrong, no phone call to cancel the appointment just told we didn’t have one. The service use to be good, not sure what is happening!!

Be careful with their online booking system. I booked a 12:30 appt. Got there and they were closed for lunch, which should have been my first clue. Came back and they told me there was a mistake, that time should not have been available. Disappointing considering the time and trouble I went through to get there.
