If I could give them zero stars, I would; their service is appalling. We booked a package including a massage, lunch, and aquapath, and upon arrival, they told us they couldn't find our reservation, even though we had made it days earlier at the spa reception( being told that they can't find our reservation in the system is clearly not our problem if we made the reservation at the spa reception). It was uhhh ok. Very debating to visit next time, hollistic scalp massage was not worth the price. 30 minutes were hardly 20 minutes totally steal of money, couldn’t even say anything to them.
Tried to email book, as bizarrely they have no online booking option. Brooklyn kindly asked if there was a different day that they might try to accommodate, as they were full. I wrote back and said I’m currently working 9-5 during the week and inquired about any other availability. Kaytee replied “Hello, We run our massage services from 9:30am-4pm.” No explanation on this, or anything else. When I replied asking the next available weekend dates I got no response. Don’t waste your time.
I came to use the aqua path with my daughter for the first time and really enjoyed everything. Very relaxing atmosphere. We’ve had a great dinner afterwards at the restaurant as well . We definitely will be back .
