This is a fabulous company to deal with. They have a beautiful showroom that is so nice to browse. We fell in love with their Zalf shelving system from Italy. We’d looked at way too many shelves around Melbourne and none met our needs. Living interiors had several shelving systems & we chose the Zalf. Useless customer service. I submitted an enquiry about a product on their website and was sent a complicated manufacturer's spec and told to work out what I wanted myself. When I provided specifics of what I wanted and asked for a recommendation from the spec, I was told to look at website! Clearly not interested in making a sale.
I visited the Living Interiors showroom a few months ago and met Steven and Paul, who were a delight to work with on an interior design project. Theirs is a small family-owned business with great service, attention to detail, and a big heart. The selection of contemporary Italian furniture is beautiful and I'm so happy with the final result.
