My massage with Rhea was incredible. I had shoulder surgery 4 weeks ago, so I'm still very guarded because if it gets bumped, it will be painful. Rhea, the owner of Living Heart Bodywork, is amaaaaazing!! I first went to her for prenatal massage (a necessity to relieve those 3rd trimester aches and pains) and then came back after having my baby for regular deep tissue work (again, a necessity to relieve baby-related back/neck pain). Each session, Rhea listens to my needs and then gets to work reseting my body while also reminding me to take the time to mentally decompress.
