I loved the options that they have and the prices are totally worth the furniture they have. Also, the staff was so polite and kind.
I had a wonderful experience shopping at Classic Living. I purchased a bunch of furniture, including a custom-built sectional, and everything was delivered right on time. They also carry a beautiful collection of Michael Amini pieces that really stood out to me. The delivery team was amazing — very professional and careful with setup. Overall, I’m extremely happy with the service and quality!
Once they got their money, they will brush you off. Anytime you call them, they will say to you next week and they do nothing to solve it . My dresser mirror lights doesn't work since day one, plus it was missing wood brackets. I told them, but no respond.
It is not always a perfect experience when ordering custom-made products from any supplier. What truly matters is the dedication to resolving issues. In the beginning, I was not satisfied with my custom-made sectional sofa. However, when the Classic Living team took responsibility and worked to solve the issue, I was very happy with the outcome.
