I worked there for a very short time, horrible owner
THEY ARE THE WORST! NO PHONE SERVICE OR ANY WAY TO GET IN TOUCH! LEFT OUR BIRDS AFTER 23 YEARS OF SERVICE! JUST SAID we are out of their area so we can have them!!!! No showing us how to take care or properly do the things they were doing for the birds over the years! I am going all around town trying to find what kind of food they eat before they starve! They were great for years but have went straight downhill! Do not give them your business they do not care about the birds at all!!!

Very sick looking bird at my local care facility. I have 15 years bird care experience so believe me when I say this bird is not well. Have reached out via email and will call tomorrow. Based on other reviews I am very worried. Hoping the facility will release the bird to my care so i can get him seen by a veterinarian.
DO NOT use this company in your facilities. They do not provide any service, do not answer phones, and when you get an email from them it is from their "customer care rep" who is one of the most passive aggressive individuals I have come across. When we finally got a hold of someone about the fact that our aviaries are overpopulated, and haven't been serviced in many many months, they said they can no longer service our area and that the birds are now the organization's responsibility effective immediately.
