Please do not order from this company. I ordered two throws 30/11/25 and I never received them. I have contacted them twice and I have had no response.
I came here to shop for my tv unit and was impressed with the selection. The prices are very reasonable and some products are very hard to find in other shops. The lady sold me a floor stock however upon further inspection there was small chip in the corner of the drawer. On delivery day she organize to have a freshly made one from the warehouse. I highly recommend this shop for your furniture.
I have been a happy customer of this shop for years. Two years ago, I brought a stone table, chairs and a matching tv and coffee table. They offered me a good deal. The delivery team helped to assemble the furniture. I was impressed and I returned last week to buy a leather lounge. The delivery was done in one week. Again, I am happy with the service and the products. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
Terrible customer service and was extremely rude in Chinese. She was not understanding and lacks customers service .zeroooo ⭐️ star
I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service here. They’re friendly when taking your order, but the moment you need assistance or make a change, they become unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and willingness to assist is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
