I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service here. They’re friendly when taking your order, but the moment you need assistance or make a change, they become unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and willingness to assist is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
The customer service demonstrated by this team is abysmal. They have zero understanding of consumer laws and zero professionalism. They will attempt to please customers in order to sell them a product, however that service disappears as soon as changes are required. I suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere.
I had an amazing experience with Living Design Furniture. The quality of their products is good. Their delivery service was prompt and efficient, delivered in one week as promised. The team was friendly throughout the process, helping me to find the suitable bedroom for my house.
If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst customer service I have received in my life. Incredibly rude staff!
