We got a shoe rack from here. There's two older Asian ladies. One that sits at the counter and the other wanders around. Both often look grumpy and a tad angry. While doing my transaction, one of those ladies was having an argument with an Indian customer after they tried to bargain the price. The staff said something along the lines of "you are not Australian, you cannot bargain like that. We have to pay for transportation, petrol, etc". Please do not order from this company. I ordered two throws 30/11/25 and I never received them. I have contacted them twice and I have had no response.
I came here to shop for my tv unit and was impressed with the selection. The prices are very reasonable and some products are very hard to find in other shops. The lady sold me a floor stock however upon further inspection there was small chip in the corner of the drawer. On delivery day she organize to have a freshly made one from the warehouse. I highly recommend this shop for your furniture.
I have been a happy customer of this shop for years. Two years ago, I brought a stone table, chairs and a matching tv and coffee table. They offered me a good deal. The delivery team helped to assemble the furniture. I was impressed and I returned last week to buy a leather lounge. The delivery was done in one week. Again, I am happy with the service and the products. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
