I have been a happy customer of this shop for years. Two years ago, I brought a stone table, chairs and a matching tv and coffee table. They offered me a good deal. The delivery team helped to assemble the furniture. I was impressed and I returned last week to buy a leather lounge. The delivery was done in one week. Again, I am happy with the service and the products. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service here. They’re friendly when taking your order, but the moment you need assistance or make a change, they become unhelpful and dismissive. The lack of professionalism and willingness to assist is frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here.
The customer service demonstrated by this team is abysmal. They have zero understanding of consumer laws and zero professionalism. They will attempt to please customers in order to sell them a product, however that service disappears as soon as changes are required. I suggest taking your hard earned money elsewhere.
