Awful customer service. The senior staff member could benefit from retraining on how to properly engage with customers. While the owner was helpful over the phone, the in-store employee seemed more focused on closing up and going home than providing quality service. This kind of attitude will drive customers away.
Very bad furniture and service. I never recommend anyone this store. They have very poor quality furniture. Even under warranty they don’t fix the problem. There furniture is rubbish. It’s life is not even six months. Plz don’t ever buy from this shop specially sofa Acha it’s and bed. I am so frustrated and disappointed with there service.
