I had. Parcel delivered there. They told me it wasn’t there. I went back to my car and looked at the email I received from Dragonfly to say it was delivered. Thank goodness, Dragonfly took pictures of the outside of the building and the person receiving my package. When I returned and showed her, she found my package under the til! I will never use this Amazon counter service again. Also reported to Amazon.
