Corrupt management, gouge you for every cent they can. Don't buy into any of these places. That includes Living Choice Fullarton which is probably worse. Note the spiteful comment from LC below. My Wife and I moved in here nearly six years ago, and for awhile we were very keen to do our bit, and volunteered as Ambassadors for a couple of years, but after becoming disillusioned when things started changing. We moved into our Viceroy villa 15 months ago and feel very much part of the community. We take great pleasure in giving friends visiting for the first time a tour of the village and showing off the auditorium and facilities.
