The first day was a disaster. When I arrived it was extremely hot in the room and after several complaints they said they would turn on the AC. It never cooled off and I have sweated all night and all day. They didn’t have my nighttime meds but managed to come up with a few and I survived the night. I had a BM during the night. I have been in a wheelchair for a year and suffering through a sore bottom caused two weeks of hospital, surgery and constipation treatment. From the time I walked in to the facility, I was immediately impressed! The facility is clean, everyone was super friendly! I was greeted with a smile when I walked in the building, everyone was very kind and helpful.

I really liked the facility, my experience for physical therapy was great. Kylie DPE was very helpful she made me feel welcomed when I first came in. Everyone was very nice :)

I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the care my grandmother has received at Aviata at the Harbor. This has not been an isolated incident, and our family continues to question whether she is receiving the attention and dignity she deserves. She arrived with two pressure sores and was supposed to be repositioned every two hours, yet this did not always appear to happen consistently.
