I had a very positive experience at Aviata at the Harbor. The staff were lovely, my room was beautiful, and the physical therapists were excellent. I highly recommend this facility.
The Staff - particularly the CNA's are professional, attentive, and most importantly, they care deeply for the residents. One in particular today went above and beyond and his name is Daniel. I could not be more grateful for the care that they show for my almost 91 year old mother. Thank you to the management, the staff, the PT staff and all who work at Aviata the Harbor - you are appreciated more than you know. Wonderful Staff! ~Carolyn
The Seminole location is killing my 86 year mother through neglect and ignorance. Twice this week I arrived at 8am to find her completely naked and in terrible pain. No nurses anywhere. And when I did finally find a nurse they seem to not give a damn about her . It took 5 days to get a doctor to show up. Please don't bring your loved ones to this Hell hole. Please...
I had a horrible experience at this place. I went in for a short rehabilitation stay after major surgery on my ankle. I did not get any pain medication for about 6 hours. When I did, they gave me the wrong medication. One that I was allergic to! They never checked on me. When I would hit the call button, they might show up an hour or 2 later. I didn’t get my regular medication, the BP and cholesterol medication that was important, until 3 days after I got there. Then it was sporadic whether you got them or not! You wouldn’t ... read more
CNA's are worthless with no compassion at all. Nurses do not respond to request for pain meds until they want to. You can tell they are here for the money only. Been treated better at a homeless shelter.. All lies and hatred. So sad. Please do not put your family member through this hell on earth
