This was the absolute worst experience for my 92-year-old father. I am in healthcare for 35 years and I’ve never experienced anything as bad as this place. This place needs to be shut down.

This place needs a makeover... Has Roaches and they have mice or rats as they were getting into the drawers and chewing into my mothers extra snacks. We had to bring Plastic containers to put stuff in to keep out the pests. We would move her but no other place has openings for her level of care

The amount of negligence and cutting corners at this place is unbelievable. The food portions don't match what is on the tickets. You have to fight to get therapy or doctors appointments. They don't clean wounds properly, if they clean them at all. The rooms don't get properly cleaned. They expect patients to pay for certain hygiene and medical supplies that should be covered by insurance. Aspire at the harbor has phenomenal care and staff. Kiara was very helpful when it came to any questions or concerns I had. The east wing Unit Manager Tori was also very helpful and very involved and kept communication with me when it came to my uncles care. Therapy there is a 5 star and goes above and beyond to help with rehab.
