I've been purchasing from Living Artwork retail store in Bradenton for a few years. 2 days ago I purchased 5 tiger barbs for $10 and with 24 hours all were dead. Nothing changed in the tank and some of the other fish are 3 years old or more. I called the store and they refused to do anything for me or to offer some sort of compensation. They have lost me as a customer.
Shop at Next Day Koi Instead!!!!! My brother bought a gift card for me to buy koi almost a year ago. I have spoken to management about getting a large butterfly koi. They never have any in stock. What a mistake!! I have gone by the store and they never have any decent size koi. It has been way too long. I asked for a refund on my gift card and they won’t refund my gift. I could have shopped at Next Day Koi and had exactly what I wanted in days.
