This company’s customer communication is below unsatisfactory. Both locations unable to reach anyone on the phone and they responded to my text once and not again. I don’t understand how companies like big w are even working with companies with such low and poor standards.
Do not order from this company! They are scammers! They dont respond to emails or calls!
Only giving them 1 star - if there was a 0 star I’d review with that. Cheap Chinese rubbish - bought an office cabinet, instructions in Chinese and garbled English. Absolute rubbish - flimsy MDF shelves, nothing sits flush. Avoid this seller and its products. And for what it’s worth, have reported to Fair Trading VIC. Company also known as Hong Kong Trading - now there’s a clue!
AVOID PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased a bird cage that had the paint flaking off and rusted on the metal underneath. I have been waiting for over 4 weeks for a refund. They are dragging it out just to avoid giving my money back. They have made multiple false promises to arrange for a courier to collect the bird cage. Don't make the same mistake as I did in giving them your money.
