Called to try and get some help to go after a mortgage company that is defrauding me. The lady who called me claimed that CA law and assistance programs don't matter and that she couldn't help unless they were foreclosing on me (which is going to happen soon) and that yes they defrauded me but it didn't matter. When I asked her how to go after them for defrauding me she said in a a very condescending way "oh I don't know have about $800,000 to retain an attorney."
